An Upside-Down Umbrella

Whether they are caught, pinned or photographed all the insects and spiders I encounter will be displayed here.
Eastern Dobsonfly, Male. Corydalus cornutus.
Yet another donation from a co-worker. It makes me happy when people see insects and think of me. Especially insects from other parts of the US or insects of this size.
This Dobsonfly is over three inches and if you include his wings and mandibles over four inches. Outside of the mantids I’ve collected this may be the largest insect I have pinned.
